History:
Distribution Property Solutions, Inc. was formed in 1999 to provide niche storage solutions to companies that need to expand, consolidate or optimize distribution facilities. As the cost of construction and managing multiple regional distribution facilities increased through the years, the DPSI business model has been well received by small, medium and large regional and national distribution companies.
Leadership and Vision:
Our President and CEO has over 26 years experience in supply chain operations, storage system design, narrow aisle forklift integration and warehouse automation.  We continue to grow into one of the nation’s leading turnkey providers of warehouse consolidation and optimization services.
Project Management:
Our project managers are trained to act as a liaison between the customer, our management team and field installation supervisors. Â Each project manager is trained on various design and productivity tools such as Autocad and our in-house facility evaluation and material take off tools. Â We take great pride in managing each project professionally and timely. Â Â Our project managers are directly involved in all aspects of your project including, design drawings, permitting and job site work flow. Â This approach ensures that continuity exists from start to finish.
Installation Team:
Our installation team of over 35 millwrights, have been carefully selected and trained to ensure that safety, courtesy and job site productivity are maintained. Â Our team specializes in installing, moving and retrofitting new and existing material handling systems.
OEM Partners:
DPSI works with several large storage system manufacturers nationally. These partnerships along with our in-house design approach combine manufacturer direct pricing with turnkey management.
